After reviewing everything I don't believe we have enough evidence to place a ban since the video you sent me doesn't exactly give me any new info and you could also be on a second monitor/laptop/computer. Also; you said your 300m was still on the account so nothing was stolen from you.

Albeit the whole situation looks sketchy, there is no reason for a ban or TWC.
Thank you for the information @A Broken Man but there is nothing in the Sythe rules against offering people free services.

Before removing the DNT @Protector you need to sort something out with Elite Dust/Chad since you did offer compensation 100-200m for him being kicked/removed from the account, you can't just say these things and not go through with them since Discord PM is taken seriously.

I will leave this open to other mods however if anyone has a different opinion.

 

Only offered him GP to prove he was blackmailing, I already knew he was lying. I deal with so many clients every day.

Also, Chad is elite dust, who is already banned so he needs to be rebanned ASAP. Not paying him anything, that will be something i cant live with as chad being him 100% guarantees its a totally malicious and false report(s) against me.

So someone is claiming that they have info to have you banned, yet you don't deny it. You keep filing more and more false reports and for this I am suing you for loss of income due to fraudulent reviews/reports.

 

Either you work something out with Elite Dust or you keep your DNT, up to you.

You can't just offer your customer compensation and then back out of it, it doesn't work like that.

 

Elite Dust is chad and elite dust is banned for scamming. I will not pay an amount to a ban evader especially since it proves he is making false reports.

 

DNT will stay then.
Unless you have proof he's scammed someone, the funds you owe him will go towards that scam victim.

He was unbanned on "SahaGold" because he had no current debts, so unless someone was scammed recently, you need to work something out with him.

This means that Chad had his friend ace attempt to sell me fake info (scamming) on himself that i could buy to have chad banned. This means that he is attempting to blackmail a second time.

EDIT: Chad is Elite Dust, so this is not the first time trying to scam.

Chloe I don't think you realize he left the 300m and I didn't lose anything because he knew it wasn't worth the scamquit. If it were more than 300 he would of got me for much more.

@Chloe I am suing sythe and all parties involved entirely for loss of income. You will be contacted since you handled this report directly and is your decision.

 

As I've said 3 times now, unless you have PROOF that Elite Dust has scammed someone this means nothing.
Not to mention; he will be unbanned in about ~3 weeks, his ban is only a month long. So he's not even perm banned, so if you have REAL evidence of him scamming his ban will be turned into a perm.

Having his friend troll you isn't against the Sythe rules.
Him being angry isn't against the Sythe rules.

However, telling a customer that you will give them compensation for your account being locked and not following through with that, that's against the Sythe.org rules. It's the same as if I promise a customer extra for waiting for their gold and then when I deliver the gold I don't give it to them, you can't just make a promise to a customer and not follow through with it.

If you post anymore threads you will be 3day banned unless there is proper evidence.
