    Hi, im trying to open a new account but it will not let me, it says that I have already created an account with the same IP. But i am in public library so how does this work. I do not have access to internet at my apartment right now as its going through shortages. What do i do?

    You will need to access Sythe from your home IP, not a public one as others have accessed Sythe from those same IPs.

    If you continue to have problems, head over to Account Recovery & Creation, but read the stickies prior to posting.
