    Middleman don't have the ability to ban, or even to determine a ban. Most of the time, they're just responding to text logs. Since globals have to check the topics/proofs anyway, all it really saves is the trouble of posting "no proof".

    The forum just needs more attention from globals. I'm currently in the middle of exams, but should be able to get on top of it this weekend.
