I AM BANNED FROM PKHONOR

Hello ive been banned from pkhonor i cant even make a new acc and start again.
Hsurabsgold already unbanned me once (maac uiid ip) and i was able to play but i got banned again and i cant actually find him to solve me the proble. I was wondering if some1 can help me on this (teamviewer) ill pay whatever!
