Honestly, you are at a great weight for your height. The regular sports and training sessions will keep you toned so I say don't worry about it. I'm 15 also but 6,3 and 95kg. Regular gym and sports keeps me fit.

weight loss

muscles weight dubble than fat. like 1 liter fat only weighs half that 1 liter muscles would weight. Quit working out and youll be totaly healthy.

xD jk keep working out Stay healthy eat enough not to much. Remmimber some people just get more fat out off the food than other. notthing they can control. My self skinny as a pipe. That might be cause i dont like food, or that i barly feel hunger. Oh and milk intolerancy. (Everything got milk in it =/) i'd rather be fat than i am now. well not completly fat like uhm dr phill but just a bit over like you kinda. Owell its life what can you do about it.

Well, what part of your body are you trying to target? You don't seem to be overweight at all, but hey, it's up to you.

Muscle weighs 13% more than fat dummy. And if you are 5'11" weiging about 165lbs your fine. Put on some muscle if anything and get your weight up to 175.

If you do get in a possition of needing to lose weight, just cut your calories down to 1800 or less a day and do a good deal of cardio. Allthough you won't gain muscle while dieting it's still a good idea to lift weights to keep from muscle loss.

I've been dieting since football ended 2 months ago and have dropped 30 lbs. Sittin on about 250lbs atm.

Same age and Relatively same height and 1kg heavier =].
I am an enthusiast when it comes to this sort of shit.

Firstly.
you say you want to lose weight on your stomache and chest area...
When you lose weight you don't lose it from a specific area.
Fat gets lost proportionally.
Say you Try to lose weight via running long distances.
Main areas targeted are legs, ass, core and little bit of arms and shoulders.
However you still lose weight in your face and chest area. see what im saying?

If you body build you gain muscle and fat.

Why can't I get this across to my friends? A ton of people I know try to diet and gain muscle at the same time. It just won't happen.
You MUST have an excess in calories. 400g of protein a day dosn't hurt either.

Surely if you excersice alot .. Your muscle is weighing more than whats left on your body , try a bmi test on the internet (BMI= body mass index).. If you done mine.. i'm 13 stone (90kg) and i'm 14 but also the same height as you (5ft 11) and my bmi is 20 , it's healthy if you are 20-25. I play rugby on a friday after school , so i don't really bother if i have some flabby bits.. Haha! . just means i'm harder to take out ;) :p

Hope this helped :)

BMI dosn't take into account muscle mass or frame size. It puts me at a 34 and my target weight between 170lbs and 190lbs. The only way I could weigh that is if I dropped every bit of muscle and fat on my body. I weight 255lbs atm and consider myself in good shape and heathly.
