"Future Changes to Recent Updates" - Jagex

My opinion: doesn't look too promising. If they are not going to allow any possibility of RWT, the updates will be crud.

 

Hey, if they allow the trade-limit to be 30k then merchanting will come back.. kind of.

My opinion: doesn't look too promising. If they are not going to allow any possibility of RWT, the updates will most likely be very limited.

1. I imagine that any new 1vs1 combat area will be a "safe" minigame. In other words: utterly pointless. Either that, or they won't let you pick your opponent. I sure wouldn't want to face off against a lvl 126.

And guess what? They said it will be released during the first half of next year. Not very fast action considering the current situation.

2. Woohoo. If you complete all the quests (and if the other person also did), you might be able to stake 30k every 15 minutes! Useless.

3. I suppose this is good. Whatever.

4. I guess this is good. Doesn't do much to repair the game though.


I especially liked this statement:

They said they did these updates so they wouldn't have to spend so much time banning people. Well look now. They need a whole team just to adjust prices that used to be self adjusting.

I have a difficult time looking forward to any other updates given the elimination of the wilderness and staking. I always did other skills so that they would aid me there.

Pking and staking were the only 2 things that kept me playing.

I haven't even logged on RS in a few weeks anyway

 

I agree staking was always fun, i was too chicken to venture into the wildy, nevertheless members wildy. I always got p00ned there.

The updates arent even coming until early next YEAR, how nice of them (instert sarcasm here)
