Proof of offsite scam/blackhat:
From site above, he is selling a hacking guide. Conveniently he has dumped tons of accounts shown here:

I know there isn't proof that he didn't originally own the account, who knows maybe he is a top 2k player, but him being a pro hacker makes me think he probably just stole the account.

He is also banned on powerbot, i searched for a while but couldn't find the report thread.
