Just noticed he's been DNT'd and already has a few reports against him so just posting here to add to his ban reason.

Explanation: Didn't pay out a dicing payment - I would've normally held given that he was TWCd for exactly that, but I was in bed when he rolled and it was only for 20m 07.

Dicing thread: His roll - my roll - I know that he rolled after 12 hours and that the rules state it's automatically void. However, I made this very clear to him and said I didn't have to roll. Despite that, he insisted on me doing so and also pushed for me to roll when I offered to walk away without rolling. He'd clearly not read the rules and I thought I'd give him a chance as I had good odds on his roll, but he told me to do so anyway.

Really not too bothered about the $20 but needed to report him out of principle. The kid's a piece of shit desperately tryna double his pocket money.
