User: TSX Account Hacked and used for scamming

Hi,

I tried logging into my account today and it turns out it was banned: tsx

I had been hacked and I had no clue this was going on, I had been inactive for over 2-3 years and I guess the account had been bruteforced into (I am usually good at scouting out phishy logins etc.) I did recover my password 2-3 months ago, due to new forum setup so I thought the password changed or my account was deleted. It may have triggered something but I have no clue who this Emps Boss ; BubblesOfficialRS asshole is.

Is there anything that can be done to have my account reinstated? I just came back to the community to learn about cryptocurrencies.

It doesn't look like there are any ban reports connected to your account so what we do next is secure your account.

Please provide me with a scan of your computer before we proceed. You will be needing to reset your password (and possibly email if you noticed an abnormal log in to it before).

Hi @Charlotte, I have logged into TSX and secured the email and password. I believe all necessary steps have been taken to secure this account properly.

Not sure if this is relevant but these two IP Address tried to login to the email associated with this account unsuccessfully.
