I cannot get in my acc

    I cannot get in my acc
    It's saying my acc it entitled to one IP address when I never logged into another acc on scythe under this IP. This is my second time using scythe, I used it a long while ago but I don't have details for that, it keeps popping up to use that.
    My name is Tranquillum
    Old acc name is || Ranging |||
    Please help..
