Could a moderator please verify that Dr Dinklberg is not using multiple accounts.

I am looking to purchase an account from Dr Dinklberg, so I did an "ip audit" and found that his ip is linked to many users who were banned for scamming.

Dr Dinklberg's ip is linked to Tap who was banned for scamming.

His ip is also linked to Gin gi who is his only vouch on his vouch thread.

Any help would be appreciated.
