Alright so I'll quote Tmoe's response to the previous thread:

Alright so this is me disputing the remaining two weeks. So this is where staff review the dispute

I believe that I should be unbanned just because I had no malicious intent and this was me throwing banter. I thought Milotic and I were good friends and we could toss around jokes. I didn't think he would care and I flashed the names and deleted them instantly. I'm offering to move the RSN (1D) with snipe responsibility for him when he finds a seller as a gesture of me being genuine. I'm not a threat at all to this community and what will I learn in those two weeks that I haven't learned now? In those two weeks I could be working on community events, other endeavors I wanted to. I'm a nice person!
