Someone's RuneScape account was banned in game for botting so fire cape service could not be performed.
Payment has been refunded. There was no scam, just a banned account is not able to get completed.
- Botting ban was from customer's previous activity in game -

Sythe Mods handled the process and the other user had been banned from Sythe for scamming in the past.

Any RuneScape account that receives a ban during Fire Cape Service due to previous activity will void service.
Payments will only be accepted for active RuneScape accounts.
