Ilbekr Account Recovery

I am going to make this scam report on behalf of @TexasSythe1212 to make this easier for him, and for you guys to handle.

Proof of payment: 120m paid to ilbekr

Proof of contacting seller: Contacted him throughout the past two days with 0 response on both of his Skypes (other Skype will be mentioned later).

Contacting him on the Skype he sold the account on.
Contacting him on the Skype I do RSPS business with him on.

Proof that the other Skype [lionel.gregory4] = him.
Vouch I got that day (June 18th) from ilbekr.

@ilbekr Deleting log-in credentials that he gave me in private after the transaction (could be a coincidence, but wouldn't make sense if he's selling the account, and all the details are going to be changed anyways, so made me skeptical).

Any other relevant trade screenshots:
Sythe PM of @TexasSythe1212 asking @ilbekr if he changed the password / recovered the account, and @ilbekr denying that. @TexasSythe1212 no longer has access to the account, so he's being lied to, or @ilbekr isn't the original owner.

I find it odd though considering the recovery email is from the UK (where @ilbekr is from).

In conclusion, he should be held liable for the refund, or recovering the account. I tried to get out a response out of him, and he's been online on his other Skype, but it seems that he doesn't care at this point. I've sent several messages in the past couple of days, but ignore after ignore. He was browsing Sythe earlier today as well.
