    Computer help

alright let me just start off by saying I'm computer retarded.

So yaknow the deal. Watching some porn blah blah blah downloaded a file blah blah blah.

My google chrome browser now has some malware, whenever I try to search something instead of it automatically using google it's forced to use "imali yahoo" . I've checked my extensions and there's nothing there and I did a reset of chrome settings still nothing. I even deleted chrome and re installed still same thing. I've ran 3 differently malware programs and they all say my computer is clean. My laptops only like 3 months old and I don't have any recovery thingy setup were I can system restore it to last week.

Any ideas on what to do or should I just system recover the laptop and start it all over ?

You can try installing and running malware bytes. Reinstall Chrome. Disable the addons. Change default search provider.

Run antivirus software, if that doesn't work I would advise backing up your data and then factory resetting your computer

You should use a cloud service to back up your most important files individually and from there factory reset your computer if you're unable to get rid of the malware with antivirus

Only problem with what i'm suggesting is that if what you have is a keylogger than it might not be the best idea to back up your files as the hacker can just easily trace them if he really wanted to. You need to run antivirus software, download malwarebytes and run a scan and post the results please

Can you take a picture of what it's showing you when you click something on google chrome? Might just be adware for all we know

This is what it's redirecting you to whenever you type something into google before automatically bringing you to the yahoo webpage, have you ever visited this website before? (Search.searchbind.net)

Sounds like it's just a chrome virus then, I can't tell you exactly what you should do from here but if I were you I would just find a way to backup my data and factory reset my computer. Better safe than sorry

Have you tried running internet explorer/microsoft edge to see if the same thing happens?

Have zemana remove the "suspicious browser setting" and then let me know how chrome runs for you
