I purchased a placement boost of these guys, and requested that gold5 would be the minimum to be placed, and in there ToS it clearly states that in placements game they will get 7-3 but if they get 6-4 it is a full refund, we tried to come to an agreement to compensate instead of refund me, which was s2-gold5(which i was meant to be placed anyway) and brand new placements on a fresh account instead of refund me. This still has not happend and i still have not recieved a refund after they had said they sent the money.The user agreed to Refund me and it never happend i then talked to another worker and he also said it was refunded, i didnt recieve the refund nor the service to compensate for the 6-4 placements that they finished.

Care to explain how they didn't get you G5 ^ Screenshot above (in which you both agreed that since they went 6-4 instead of 7-3 in placements, they would void the payment of the placements and get you to G5; your initial goal) ?

 

Correct, but they agreed on getting the account to gold 5 which it was meant to be placed anyway, AND doing free placements on my new account which they have not completed. and said they had issued a refund. so im still waiting for placements to be done or the refund

 

the initial agreement was to reach gold 2 on the account they went 6-4 on, and do placements on a fresh level 30.

@LoLBoostersOCE were you guys ever provided a secondary account for you to do placements on?

@mudmixer in the above screenshots, on 7/12 you told them you needed a couple weeks to get them an account. Did you?

 

sorry yes gold 5,which was completed eventaully. a secondary account was never given to complete the compensation as they said they refunded me. and neither have been done so...

 

Spoke to @Gen about this and they don't really need to compensate you for anything. They got you to G5 which was the agreement. The second account was offered for free and if you don't want them to do it they don't have to refund you anything as you didn't pay for it.

Explain please? They said the placements were for free and you agreed. It was a free bonus you can either take it or leave it your choice.

Also I'm not sure why you didn't report them when they said they refunded you but you never received it.

 

Within the evidence and upon receiving 6-4 in placements, we came to the agreement that they would continue to gold 5 AND do placements on a fresh account rather than refunding me which i agreed on,
now both these workers stated that they refunded me but a payment was never recieved i was asking for the service that was agreed upon placing 6-4 be completed or refund me.

Upon placing silver 2, the above was agreed upon which he states he got S2-G5 For free, then placements where to be done on my other account which was not completed
which because the refund wasnt given, it had already been paid for

 

You agreed to the above ^ initial placements were free (on your account) and then they got you S2-G5 to make up for going 6-4 instead of 7-3.

 

Thats wrong though, i did not read that properly at all at the time as i was quite angry, but you can see in the above pictures ive provided as i went through the other worker while doing this,

it was S2-G5 And a second lot of placements on a diffrent account to compensate, this was arranged with the worker called jack, and i spoke with him mostly throughout the service,

the guy that said the contract presented to you only just spoke to me today and was never involved in the conversation between the worker that agreed upon the deal of s2-g5 and placements on a diffrent account as compensation, i can provide more evidence of this agreement and talking to this worker (jack), as i said above everything was done through jack and agreed upon within a chat with jack and not sam

 

It's your responsibility to read that agreement properly.

In conclusion, in that written agreement, they already provided you with what you agreed on (your placements + s2-g5). If you want to take their offer for placements on a second account, then provide it to them.
