Scammed for 70M bank by "Aroyo"

A few hours ago I posted a thread looking for a quester to do a couple quests for me. The quests were
Zogre Flesh Eaters
Rum Deal
Cabin Fever
I added him on skype and we agreed on a payment. Paid him 4.8M to do the 3 quests for me. Have screenshots of him saying "4.8M me" and the rest of our Skype conversation. He then mentions out of the blue "his worker" is doing the quests. Without previously having any notice of his "worker" having access to my account I realized I was screwed and this would be his excuse to try and maintain his Sythe account and status.
Although i'm not sure how to post screenshots onto this thread I can easily send them anywhere need be from my phone. He also lies and says "cabin fever done" before any other quests were completed. Not knowing that Rum Deal and Zogre Flesh Eaters are pre-reqs for Cabin Fever. What's the next step in getting this guy banned? Thanks for the read

I did not steal your bank lol why would i scam 60m, also before i gave info to my friend that did the job i looked at the bank and when he logged out the bank was completely the same.
If i was a scammer then explain this ( happened this morning) if i came to sythe to scam, why wouldnt i take this guys 81m when he was renting my staker?

Why did you not explain your worker would be doing the quest, prior to already basically telling him the order had already been started?

Yeah it does matter, considering you are liable for everything that goes on. If I was personally "Paying" for a service, I would want to know who is accessing my account.
