i am currently alching and getting rune defenders for people free of charge due to i have lack of trust on sythe...u must have a recovs for alching and rune defender gettin...

it will take me up too 4 hours to get rune defender depending on luck and weapon and stats

you supply and you must have full black without shield or weapon on acount for training to get the tokens
