Make Rs trainers and rs service's in general have to display if they out source.

Agreed, you may think you're dealing with a $300 donator with hundreds of vouches, when in reality its some pakistan worker living off $0.20 an hour with absolutely no idea what they're doing.

 

Support this - I do services (mostly through off-site customers) and I feel obligated to say that I'm outsourcing or working with a team (my team has a teamspeak but isn't involved on any sites). Doesn't take away from interest in my services and there is no reason not to say that.

 

Support, should be a relatively harmless way of improving the market from a buyers perspective.

A possible add on would be to require workers to have a Sythe account so they can have specific vouches for how many services they've completed and people can pay more or less depending on the amount of vouches a specific worker has.

As a service owner I know transparency throughout is very important.

I make it crystal clear from the initiation of conversation that work will be carried out by one of my employees in China, and not by myself. I also politely explain to the customer that I treat my service as a real business and we handle many orders at once so I have employees to handle the orders for me.

I think some service owners are focusing too much on closing a deal, rather than being honest with the consumer. Again transparency is very important and it reduces miscommunication and drama in the long run.

Just like if you took your car to a garage, you reserve the right to ask questions and be informed of any updates. It's basic business etiquette. It is the same here. The customer deserves to know these details before handing over their account information.

 

I don't think this is important if the party selling the service is accepting responsibility for the trade going smoothly.

This is like having information on every employee of your bank or grocery store or auto shop.

Support, I see no reason for this not to be a rule.

 

Will update stickys accordingly. Users will not need to have a "mark" per-say on their thread; rather, if they outsource, they must inform the buyer. This can be done through their terms of service or just in a Skype conversation before the service takes place.

If a buyer isn't informed, it is grounds for a TWC and will affect the case in RASC.
