[REQUEST] Need a vector drawing

Hello all. I am looking to pay someone to do a vector drawing of the picture below

A friend drew this for me but she doesn't have time to vector-ize it on the computer, so maybe someone here could help me. Also, she didn't do a good job with the fingers of the person sitting. If you could make them look like actual fingers, that would be great. (I just noticed the person sitting is floating in the air; if you could also draw in a basic chair that would help too)

I will pay for just the vector outline, so I can just use microsoft Paint and paint in the colors, but if you are able to blend colors to make it stand out, I'll pay some more. (Please check with me for the appropriate coloring if you do choose to color it in)
