why you called me scammer ?

did you sell ? i don't remember if you are the scammer trying to scam me .you asked me to first and i tried 1M and you gave me ,i tried 3M and you gave me ,and then i tried 20M and you logged off .
may i ask who is scammed . So i file a conplain to paypal and ask you to give money to me and then i cancel the issue . IS it a legal way .If you want i can put the paypal issue here and the conversation ?
