Is botting on OSRS dead?

Ive had varying degrees of success. Honestly things like flax bots seems to work better because theres such a huge mass of bits in game that theres no realistic way for one account to be picked out.
If ive botted anything where a person could walk by, see me, and recognize me as a bot, then i get banned in a day or so.
Managed to get some levels at the range guild (a place where you usually only run i to other bots anyway and the likelihood even they would report you to improve their own efficiency is low), cannonballs at edge furnace...
Banned within hours at mlm...
Ive always just tried botting at obscure places (combat on zombies in varrock sewers) but for the most part havent accomplished anything more than some 70s
