Well dickweed, When the person cancels the change they will have to wait 14 days for them to set. You have recoveries you just set new ones as a cover up. When you first set them on an account it's instant not 14 days. So in those 14 days you will recover and you would of made a little bit of money. Cancel them not set new ones.
