And Yes,I'll probably stay f2p so I dont need to get cash for a whip and shit,Poor atm and no one will buy my d scim main :s

Stop right there. You can only stake/win 3k gp every 15 minutes maximum.

You said that this was your first tie back on RuneScape for six months. Within tha six months, there was a dueling update to try and stop real-world traders. So they changed the staking limit for 1-on-1 fights to 3k every 15 minutes.

 

I know,I was at the new duel arena update and the guy was staking 250k,Just today.

 

Well, did he show you the 250k in a duel window? It could be likely that he also didn't know tha there was a dueling update.

In any case, I highly doubt Jagex would make the 3k limit only to members while leaving non-members completely open for RWTs. If they wre smart, they would do it the opposite way around so all the RWTs would have to buy membership to trade their gold.

Just checked, there IS a 3k limit in F2P dueling; quit Runescape, it's ruined.
