Ffs.. i need help.

okay.
i want to make a str pure,
but when i make a new character on runescape, i cant trade over the items from my main to my pure.. becaus ejagex made it so any new accounts that are made have that stupid little trade limit thing.

so i was wondering if anyone has an account that has either no stats trained, or strength/attack training a little bit, (it doesnt matter)
but the account has to be finished tutorial island..and it would have to had to made any time before the update.

please help?
