I've decided that after looking at people who are in need of funds that can't get it else where I would extend my business to offering loans to people who deserve it. Some things to note are that I will only do loan deals on Sythe in private messages, not on Skype. You will also have to agree to the terms and conditions, which I will always provide to you personally as well as on the thread.

Please keep vouches to the reputation system and off the thread please, as I want to keep the comments only to loan requests and questions/concerns. Thanks.

Note: This service is for loans which are to be returned, not for investments for projects. If you message me asking for an investment I will ignore it.​

Requirements

My only requirement is that you must have 5 positive reputation minimum. If you have any negative reputation, fear not. I personally evaluate the reputation of all users who request loans. Granted, if you have more negative than positive, it may be too risky for me to consider.

Fill out the following format below in the comments. Do not message me, I will ignore messages. All loan requests are to be submitted here on this thread. I will frequently go through them and accept/deny them in the comments and message you if yours is accepted.

1. How much money do you need?
2. How much money can you provide in return?
3. What is the loan for exactly?
4. How will you be able to return the money to me?
5. When will you be able to pay me back?

ROI will be discussed depending on the amount I loan out. The higher the amount and the longer the loan will take to be returned, the higher ROI return I will expect. Note that you can ask for an extension if you give 24 hours notice. The fee after the original set deadline is an additional $2 per day. If it spans past 7 days, an additional $10 will be added on top of the $2 per day. This is to help encourage you to not be late.

Terms of Service

1. You will agree to all terms in PM's before any money is sent.
2. You agree to return the loan in full and on time.
3. I will pay in G&S (USD) while you return the loan in F&F (USD).
4. Exceptions can be made in special cases for loan returns, but you need to be able to provide proof of a needed extension.
5. No refunds, you pay it in full as we discuss including the ROI return.
6. Money will be sent all at once, not multiple small payments.
7. You agree that you will be active on Sythe. If you know you will not be you must inform me ahead of time.
8. You can't have any active loans with other users, this includes both accepting loans and giving out loans.
9. I have the right to chargeback if at any point I feel I will not get my money back, you stop responding, or fail to provide payment on time and do not discuss an extension.
10. I have the right to deny business with you for my own personal reasons.
11. Depending on circumstances I may require ID depending on amount > Loan.
12. This ToS is subject to change.
