Error connecting to server. (only one world)

For some reason I can't connect to world 308 in OSRS. I can enter all worlds expect world 308, does anyone else have the same issue?

If you know how to fix it, please let me know!

Don't worry its probably not just you. Ive been reading a few comments on reddit about world308

I just restarted my whole computer because I thought it was something with the windows 10 update (windows firewall). Can you link me the comments if you still can find them?

I still have the error when I am trying to login to world 308. I thought reseting the computer would fix it but it did not. I googled it and I read that windows firewall blockin it or something.

Yeah, I tried all worlds last night and I had no problem at all. I also tried all my 3 accounts but none of them gets in to world 308

I found a solution if you have the same problem.
I downloaded a program so I can change location on my internet. I think it's called VPN? I am new to this...
I change location to a US location and now it works to login to world 308. I tried a lot of locations in EU and none of them works.

 

a vpn for sure. You're gonna have latency issues tho most likely.

 

Not too bad tbh. Obviously I can feel a small delay but that's okay I can now pk on world 308 <3

 

Don't worry. It's probably somebody messing with the world 308 server as it's not only you experiencing the issues.
