How likely am I to get banned for buying about 3M gold every so often?

I recently bought gold just enough to buy a bond for OSRS. I've been playing on it legit for a lot and been in love with it ever since, but I sometimes feel pretty scared just because all the time spent on it might get wasted because my account would get banned. My bond is running out soon and I just want to know how likely am I to get banned if I buy another from another user here on Sythe? It's a small amount of money so the chances can't be very high right? Also if they catch me once will they just issue me a 3 day ban or will they also see all the other instances of me RWTing and issue me a permanent ban? I'm just spending a lot of time on it and would really hate to see it get permanently banned. Thanks.

I doubt Jagex monitor any trades that small, just don't buy from any Chinese gold shops or the big sellers and you have nothing to worry about

 

You'd probably be better off buying less frequently higher amounts. Eg 15m every 5 months. But for those quantities I wouldn't worry about any ban at all personally

Nah man, worry shall you not. Jagex monitors 100m+ trades, and they only do if it seems sketchy, youll be all good if you do small quantities.

Every couple months i'll have a "I want to play runescape" moment; I buy a shit load of gold (like 100-200m or something), and then in a few months when i'm bored again I sell most of it back. I've never been banned. You should be fine as long as you do what others have said- don't buy from the Chinese.

Had a friend that was maxed and he only sold 100m to a Chinese site and got insta-gibbed lol

For real world trade ban it is permanent on rs like i got many year ago. And with small amount risk is very less.

 

They won't even touch you. The amount of trades over this amount on alts will shock you.

It's rare to get banned, i've purchased about 30m 07 in two trades in one week. Just do small trades as Jagex goes for the big boy trades mainly. Also they never know whether or not you're "swapping" gold from RS3 to 07 so yeah.

 

If you buy anything under 100/week chances are you won't get caught!

 

3M is nothing. I regularly buy increments of 20-100m without any issues. Knock on wood.
