Title says it all, Im looking for an end game main, with many 99s in these notable stats, slayer, RC, Farming. The stats don't have to be 99 but 2k+ Total is a must!

I'm willing to spend anywhere from 500-800m depending on total level and how close the account is to max.

I will NOT be purchasing from anyone that does not have a huge rep on sythe, mainly looking for people with a very high reputation on here.
