But i need a shopping cart. Do anybody know's what is the best shopping cart to sell Runescape gold ?
I would insert payment methods, e-gold, western union.

No, you don't need to know php. Shopping carts are very efficient. However, this does not gurantee customer satisfaction. Instead, create a set of emails and get some trusted people (maybe your friends) to moderate them and forward to your email account to approve it. Then send them a sort of automated email. Forward this to another email as well as a list of approved applicants. Then send them to a special portal where they process their money payments. Take note that you can always provide other ways of payment: like completing offers as many don't have credit card.
