very personal problem (SERIOUS HELP NEEDED)

every time i goto poop i let it out so fast that i cant even enjoy it. it takes me 25-45 seconds (depending on size) from the moment my cheeks hit the porcelain throne to the time i finish wiping to be done. When i finish i'm left with an empty feeling inside and I wish i could have enjoyed the poop a little longer.

i know there is 1 pro to this is when i'm playing a game like cs:go or overwatch I can be off the toilet before a timeout finishes and I can help my team win but i could just as easily hold it in. (which also provides quite a nice feeling, when the poo begins to exit your anus and you slurp it back in like the last noodle on the plate with a simple little rectum clench)

this is a very personal issue of mine and I would like some help please. I've tried everything the feces just slides out when i'm on the toilet.

 

I think this is caused by having an excess amount of anal penetrations. Lower that and your anus might retract to its normal size.

 

I would highly recommend seeing a doctor.
