Kanto Recovered Account

I am creating this thread because Kanto has recovered an account that I have purchased for 500m runescape 3. Kanto. I am asking for a full refund of the account because clearly the account was recovered. I was being nice with Kanto to help him out with his TWC because I truly believe everybody deserves a second chance. Now that I see that this TWC has been removed it should either be given back, or just give this guy the Ban hammer. I have made several purchases before and I love using this website and engaging with people. But I guess we will always have a few rotten apples in the community.

I did not contact him first to not even bother with pointless arguments. I want a mod to handle this situation please.



EDIT: I can provide proof to a mod via PM and screenshot if him giving me the information for the account and that the current password does not work anymore.

That is not the issue, the issue is that the account was recovered, which mean its a liability issue. Why would I play an account and have it recovered multiple times? That is useless you should have told me that "hey I am not the original of the owner of the account and it may get recovered". If you disclosed that it would have been no big deal, but you did not. Or did you recover it? 500m Rs3 is a lot of money my man.

 

500m is like 120$

like u said no point in arguing i can recover the account and u give it back or whatver a mod decides

 

EDIT: Walter and I have came to an agreement to refund the 500m he paid for the account i get paid in a week so i can refund him the 500m in a week max

EDIT: @Charlotte Just recovered account and the 20m 07 name i purchased from Glare is gone. It was double name changed so i would like to have that name back since i am refunding the money. Or if he doesnt want to give it back then take the ammount i paid for out of the refund.

 

@Charlotte and other mods reviewing the case. The deal was strictly the account not the rsn. He is not entitled to a refund, as when I purchased the account everything including the rsn becomes mine to do as I please. If mods wants to deduct a portion for the runescape username then that's up to you guys, but in my opinion that wouldn't make sense.

 

Any input from other mods about the last part? ^

Gonna wait till a mod says final input before i start the refund so i know what the exact amount is to refund

As Wally said, he bought the acc, not the RSN. If the RSN was considered additional value/separate when the account was purchased, Kanto would be allowed to subtract the value of the RSN from the refund, but as it seems this is not the case, Kanto please refund the full amount.

well its a lot harder to buy gp now since im dnt'd so thats whats holding up i can only buy from sites and they ofc have no stock atm
