Buying a f2p Pker.

I am buying a f2p pker. Not worried about combat level or anything. Not sure on the stats I want. Not going to get picky.

40 attack minimum. No maximum.
No min/max str.
1-40 defense. Any higher I dont really want.
Range should be high but if its not, no real problem.
Mage ^
Prayer. At least 31 probably, any higher is better.


It would be preferable that it was melee but I can learn anything.


The lower the combat the better, just post and I will check it out.
