Hi, i recently did torso on my 112 main and i loved it! I've been doing firecapes for people for a very long time and that is no problem. and trianing is just for vouches.

Requirements:
Must have Items i can work with.
I.E Armour.. nothing like addy or even rune with firecaping i need some barrows stuff. or if you are a pure have lots of arrows/chins/throwing knives, also alot of runes. also food too

With Torsoing just your normal fighting things, like whips rune amrour d scim things like that

With training just have training material

Firecaping:1m(higher lvl)-2m[lower level(pures)]
