    I smoke a lot and it will, if you drink a lot of water in a short time it will make you sick. sort of trying to confuse the body of its crazy nicotine addiction.

    keep ur mind occupied the first few weeks. I started watching naruto when i stopped smoking weed. I smoked 2 grams and half a pack of cigs every day for about 5-6 years.

    What somehow worked for me is telling myself that quitting wasnt a permanent decision. So you have this feeling your not saying good bye to smoking forever. Ended up not smoking for years now !!! Funny how you can fool ur own brain lol

    Why would you poison your own body and even pay a fuck load for it ??
    With that weed/cig money i go on hollidays with my wife nowadays.

    ive just quit for about 3-4 months, I do vape a lil (30 mins max daily) and its tough first thing to go will be ur patience and eventually gloom

    Great advice, ive been struggling to quit smoking for almost 2 years now with no success. I also believe that you need to stack the deck. Meaning you need to surround yourself with a constant environment which the mood doesnt change to much since you'll be in recovery and very irritable. I am a firm believer that the glass of water trick works and I have heard it from people before.

    Today I have made a choice. The choice comes from my heart to quit. Not from my pleasure or temptations. I will do it. After today, I plan to be smoke free, a clean individual. Feel free to message me daily after today and check out my progress. I might make a thread to document the process since i believe a lot of people suffer with this problem. #PhysicallyStrong #MorallyWeak

    I think MOST MOST MOST important thing ive learned from previous attempts at quiting are:

    1. Surround yourself with positive people
    2. You must exercise
    3. You must drink a lot of water 2L+ a day
    3. As minimum sugar as possible (the less you intake the easier it is)
    4. Enough sleep and a well balanced mood
    5. Little to no soda/coke/energy drinks
    6. Take a multivitamin
