My man! The gains are so real for just 10 weeks of play time! Honestly, great work and I hope to see many more updates (what I'm trying to say is don't die).

This is a big milestone to me because just yesterday I reached 25% TTM (time to max). I guess I've done a bit of everything since last update but at the moment I'm mainly focusing on getting Agility to either 90 or 99. I've been fletching Maple Longbow (u)'s to alch while training on Relekka course, and fletching Steel/Mithril darts between alchs. I included the banked XP since the stats themselves haven't changed too much. 80+ cooking banked and a ton of herblore xp that I can't get secondaries for until I start slaying. I see you made oak planks. Is there any benefit to making planks instead of having demon butler do it besides cost?

 

Nah, the only time you wanna make em manually is pre-50 construction when you can't use a Demon Butler. Also inexperienced irons (and even some maxed irons) will tell you to cut teaks with Arceuus Ape Atoll tele but that doesn't become faster xp until high woodcutting levels (at least 90, probably higher) and it's more expensive. I bank around 83k con xp/hr 3ticking oaks outside of Rimmington house portal and walking inside to have the Demon Butler make em into blanks / send em to the bank. If you have him make the planks and then leave before he gets back they go to your bank automatically if you didn't know already

EDIT: The extra woodcutting xp from doing teaks might make it more efficient to do at earlier levels, but later on WC is a 150k xp/hr skill if you 2t teaks and drop so I don't factor that in

Btw I got 99 thieving and the sceptre too using the tips you mentioned. So thanks for that!

It's awesome going through the week updates, I'm like is he actually going to keep doing fishing/thieving? I'd rather kill myself than do those skills :\

 

Haha I was the same way but the hardcore leaderboards motivate you once you get going, it's cool having front-page skills, you'd have to get difficult 200m's playing a normal account to get on the front page. I've never gotten higher than like 70 thieving and 80 fishing on 07 before this account

 

Great progress, your updates are always interesting to read. How many hours is it to max, like 2k?

I'm an idiot, I used the regular Time-To-Max algorithm on CML and not the one for ironmen, I'm only 20% of the way, lol. But yea, about 2600 hours

You'll get there dood, I've already leveled up one ironman so I've got it figured out for the most part but on the first I was awful haha. Keep at it, it's a ton of fun as I'm sure you've already realized

I don't even remember all the stuff I did since last update...but I started farming 2 weeks ago and got this today! Next goals will be 99 cooking and agility probably. Thanks for checking me out

 

@Wintastical what do you recommend me thieving at 50 thieving? I'm ideally needing coins as my stack is really low (wanting to fund my kingdom but no money!)

 

Blackjacking is your best bet for sure, you can do the Bearded Bandits for now, then at 53 you can switch to the other bandits. At 65 you can blackjack Menaphites, which will get you 200k gp/hr or higher as you level up and get your Rogue's Set. Once you hit 95 with Ardougne Cloak 2 (or earlier but not recommended) you can hit up Ardougne Knights. With 95+ and Ardougne Cloak 2 you can get 252k xp/hr & 300k gp/hr just for spamclicking one spot
