No. The original owner who created the account will ALWAYS be able to recover it regardless of what you do or what info they give you.

 

Accounts are ALWAYS recoverable, even with a Middleman/Recovery Test!

All about trusting the account seller you bought from. If they are reputable, it is a safe bet it will be A-Okay. If it is a reseller, then they know the info (if they're a good person they delete it/remove their access to it), and the original owner, in which case it's more up in the air, but the reseller typically offers an insurance policy of some sort, and if anything turns up bad, prepare screenshots of the transaction in full to provide for a chargeback.
