    Currently just doing high rep ranges (Trying to do 15-20) for volume while I cut. Once I get 9-10% bf, I'll be doing hypertrophy. I don't care much for strength

    Wow, Pure! I'm going to be looking into starting back working out (and actually doing it) when I move back to school. Any tips you have that I could use to keep me motivated and/or make sure I'm forcing myself to go?

    Starting a log/vlog/blog/post like this would be awesome to keep you on track! Another good thing to do is go with a friend who shares similar motivations if you have one :) there's probably plenty of people at school who need a good gym buddy! Just remember that eating correctly is close to 80% of actually progressing your physique ^_^

    Diet is definitely the most important thing to remember, sleep and training is important as well of course however with a poor diet nothing will happen no matter how hard you work because either you're getting too much calories and youll get fat, too little you wont gain any mass, however when on a diet you obviously want to eat less than you consume so don't expect to gain much muscle during that phase

    I'm 6'2, I've been doing 10min of stairs before every workout recently. I don't really mind stairs so it's not that bad!
