Scammed 120m by str3 r4ng3

paid str3 r4ng3 120m to get me 75 att, 99 str and 99 range. this was in early March. He said it would take 2-3 weeks but then something came up in his life that affected his little business here on sythe. So I tried to be as understanding as possible about the situation and allow him time to get his life back together once the situation had passed. However, after about 4 months of waiting for him since the day i paid him and then being told that he had no clue when he could finish up my acc i told him i'd want at least a partial refund since he did get me 75 att and 92 str. He said he didnt know what to do because this has never happened before and has now been ignoring me for the past few days. Strange because he seemed legit as he had completed full void for me before and even got me archer ring imbued as well as b ring imbued and d defender when i didnt even ask for it. Proof is below

this right here was on july 25th, it's been 3 days since i last heard from him and am obviously assuming he flaked and ignored me and is now keeping all 120m.
