Items Needed.
Rune Pick
Ess Pouch.
Boots Of Lightness.
DDS.
Sharks.
Law runes,fire and 3 airs or duel ring.(both recomended)

Ok, now. head to the bank and take out dds and sharks head down to edgeville and talk to mage of zammorak and telly into abyss heres a map.
(must of done the Mage of zammorak quest)

Orange: Fast way.(warning alot of pkers)
Black: Safe way not as many pkers.
red:mage of zammorak.

Now, You will telly and you should be in an arena with buch of monsters in a arounding ring. Look around there shoot me a cut off some where thats small anuff for you to fit in and stand there and kill the monsters kill them intill you get ess pouch it should be median.

Now, that you have the ess pouch. Now telly out to verrock/castle wars.
and head to the magic guild. get your 2 ess pouchs out and boots lightness and pick axe your hand should look like the following.



Now your hand is like that you should be at bank and follow this map back and forth.

Now, when mineing your probuly wondering why you have ess pouchs after your hand is full right click pouchs and click fill for both now you will have 10-20 extera ess in your hand which means you can carry about 40 ess per trip this is my guide i hope you injoy.
