Issue with itsrunescape

As seen in the first screenshot below, I was told the boost would take 2-3 days and he would start immediately. On the first day he played 1 game and lost and didn't continue.

In the picture under this, he said he won't pay his friend who is the booster he is responsible for until the job was complete. In the other picture below he is saying he cannot refund me unless his friend refunds him first. He also says he cannot contact his friend. This is just getting overly annoying and starting to get sketchy.





Every time I want a refund or offer another solution there is always some excuse like this:




For the mod reading/reviewing this. I am currently at plat II 35lp from plat. We started at 1lp plat II. My MMR was not low as seen by the 23 games played. After changing roles a few times and having 11 deaths multiple games, I realized that the booster cannot complete the job even tho I have given him extra time and everything. The booster himself kept telling me and his friend that he will finish it "today" for 3 days in a row. I just want my refund in one form or another without the whole stalling me and keeping me waiting issue with excuse after excuse.

hmmmmmmm lets see first, i was not home to refund him and my worker that was going the boosting was not online too. Then, he did not follow my TOS "You will not login at any time during my service." http://prntscr.com/fz59ma that is what he did

 

I gave you a DNT because I'm sick of people doing services they can't actually provide.
Don't let your "friend" do a service he's not cut out for.

The DNT will stay until you've given Alicee a full refund.

 

I have chatted with this guy on discord, and he even stated he is fine with the extra time, but demanding a refund all the while playing ranked games on the account allows me not to finish the boost. I have multiple boosts and things to do and have played when I got the time, but with him non stop messaging it was hard to focus in the games at hand of him complaining about players in his same elo making mistakes.

 

Can you provide proof they said they were okay with the wait?

I okayed the first time he needed an extension. I screenied the last one from last night. He told me within that 12 hrs of est which clearly passed already the next day (today)

 

I did not ok any extension past today and I was promised it would be done before 12am EST

 

You want to screenie around that? and how come suddenly bc I posted to this forum he can contact you again????? I said timely manner 2 weeks for 2 divisions was an example not a statement of how long this should take. I gave you more than enough time and you made basically no progress.

 

It was not even 1 week, it has been 5 Days.. I have orders to do, I have stuff IRL, he said as long as it doesnt take 2 weeks.

 

I Screenshot the point that is relevant and needed, saying you were fine with longer time.

 

I was told it would take 2-3 days even asked about it and you keep telling me every day you will finish it "Today".

Here's another instance I can post more of him giving me completion dates and not meeting them. I am sick of being stalled out on this.

 

You also message me over 50 times daily, which is hard to play around, Yes I will say I have taken my time, as i am extremely busy right now, but at the same time I was told as long as it wasnt two weeks long we would be okay. I still have 2 days before 1 week, which then I would consider it to be a little bit late

 

read it again. I didn't give you two weeks to complete it. I like I didn't want this to take like two weeks for two divisions and that's an extreme when you keep telling me you will complete it the next day and theres pretty much no progress at all.

 

Anyways chloe made her call... I want my refund... Just msg me on skype if/when I can get it...

 

She asked for evidence of the extension and I gave it.
