Adding a hyper link to a text render and saving it?

I'M ABOUT TO RIP MY HAIR OUT!​

It's really stressing me out i have been trying to save my text render to upload it to my signature
on here but the render is not saving so i can click on the link through the word, Can someone please
help me and guide me on what to do?

Here's what i have managed to do so far:

• Add a link to my render text on photoshop (lol)

When i click "save for web" "JPEG or PNG-24" it saves the broken down images and a link in the
folder the website link it shows me my images and on the web page i can click on the images and it
works! BUT i don't know how to save them to upload them to here so you can click on them to take
you to for example my vouches page.

Help please!

 

From what I've understood you want to upload an image which is clickable and takes you to wherever it's linked?

Upload the image to whatever image hosting site (imgur)
Go to your signature, click on the "Image" button and insert your image.
Select your image (highlight it using your mouse), click on the "Link" button and paste your URL.
