Need a Miner that banks! OFFICIAL MM ONLY!

I have a level 4 account, Skills Pwner. It currently has 17 Mining and I would like 60 Mining with banking. I will trade a level 83 account for it.

Only Ways Of Trading

-I give account to Official MM, and you level the account's mining. When you get 60 Mining, then you get the account.

The 83 account has:

70 Attack
65 Strength
65 Defense
61 Range
61 Mage
47 Prayer
74 Fishing
71 Cooking
68 Woodcutting.

I doubt an offical MM on here will have an autoer,And I doubt an offical MM will do it.
A lot of Officals aren't active.

No, I didn't mean the MM will train the account. The person who is trading with me will train the account. The MM will have my level 83 account. When the mining is done, then they give the account to the leveler.
