You can find a lot on google, search "How to make a signature in photoshop." Anything along those lines will get you a good tutorial .

 

Go to tutorialized.com and click photoshop on the left side menu and practice on some of the tutorials they have

First, you can start off getting a character that you are interested in. Second, you can type in on youtube "how to make a signature." Follow the instructions, but you need photoshop to do this.
