Buying tank ranger 85+ range or rune pure 85+ str

I'm buying tank ranger.Acc must have these stats:

Att:not high
Def: 40 or 70
Range: 85+
Magic: Would be good 85

Must have done quest for tank ranger.

or

Rune pure, which must have these stats:

Att: 60 !
Str: 85+
Def: Up to 45
Pray: Up to 52
Magic: 70+

Must have done quest for rune pure like B gloves,MM,DT,Lunars etc...

Only looking for serious seller.I have enough GP.

99 magic
47 def
52 pray
88 cmb

lunar, DT and all other quests that needed is done..

Im not going to sell anywhere near cheap though
