Maybe the questions mods should be asking are:

Why is Jake asking everyone in private to stay quiet?

Why hasn't he provided evidence of the missing 3b?

Why hasn't he paid Samirk3 his money yet like he promised he would after stealing my $4000?

Why aren't mods reviewing my evidence and just deleting them every time I post them?

Why did Jake beg Pie to remove his post?

 

only to pay me back my 564m and told me he was going to get more money from you to take PP charge backs in case you dispute them all. so he should pay you through PP in case you dispute those PP payment with your bank. but not keeping it...

ALSO before taking your money he did math he is smart he knew u had 1k from PP payment + my 564m, so 4k is a lot to my thinking. and its till on his side/hands, maybe a bit on Chloe`s Heart but as i can`t confirm it, i should be wrong...

read what he told me.... he wasn't buying it for his personal use... he did use your chat.. why i wouldn't trust to a TreeGP worker? when i sold to treeGP like 4k$, also one time my money got frozen for 3 days cuz their wallet, but they still paid...

Also that time! the one you are posting he did paid... it was 100m and after that one i sold like 160m also he did paid! as a TreeGP would do...

he did paid all works i did to him he did post x2 time orders also vouched me...

@Samirk3 Can you show me in conversations where this was done as a treegp site trade, not just the worker confirming his identity thru the livechat. I am inclined to agree with Chloe otherwise, since this doesn't look like it was an actual sale to TreeGP the company

1-All i have is a TreeGP"name" account which is not a personal account otherwise i would like to change my name to SyteSamirk3 or TreeGPSamirk3, this can be possible if you say a TreeGP Account doesnt tell anything here.

2- i would think having a name like that is not enough to believe he work at that brand name.
i wouldnt give him money only having that name so he told me to go to chat and sell the gold there as he was online working on TreeGP at that time!

a)sometime is very hard to sell gold as you have to be online and waiting for over 1-6h waiting to sell it on the chat sometime they just closed the chat, etc.

B)TreeGP said that Treegpemile didnt work there for over 4 months. which is a lie.. Tell him to show that TreeGP chat transcript. that day where his Workers know as "TreeGPEmile" here and "Tiffany" as Treegp name Agent. i hope he hasn't deleted it.

Talking on Skype at same time on their website, that can make me and i know it can make you Think its his worker! and so he was him after jake confirmed it...

it was not an impostor, it was his worker working on their site buying gold from me, in that time he did paid for gold, as a second time..

was the last 3 time when he did scam me.

Follow the whole conversation and you will notice it was not a personal Sale, he used everything on his hand to make it as a TreeGP Gold Sale, His Syther Account + His Agent Account on Their Official Website.

"Chat Agent Account" which can be easily disable if he wasnt working on TreeGP and can be Active when he return to work again with jake.
(If jake had done this I assure you none of this would have happened)

Jake Did big mistakes with his worker. and look like there is not responsability from his side at all..

Also he is not paying With his money!
He is not sinking the damage as his loss

He Got money from his worker! after using me to do it... he have to pay me with his Worker Money.
im not calling jake a Scammer... i will if he keep that money! and he will remember me for the rest of his business ill be the one paying for a banner next to bus369 banner..

i was his customer i sold him gold, and We had some problems in the past, I never insult him, I always had patience.

now he come and act like he doesnt care at all what his worker did to me using tools that only him can deactivate and activate. ask/Read about Live Chat Agent Status options..

Remember he is not going to pay me with his personal money... he got money from his worker... After using me to get it and now is keeping it.


last thing in case this thread get closed and i cant reply to it.

Advertising a banner where it show you are not Safe Doing bussines with TreeGP workers wont be against any rule... as its a completed true.. (you are not safe they all can steal your gold) you will lose your money, his boss will lie you. he is going to get money from them but will keep it. hahaha...

 

Tree (or any other business owner) is not responsible for personal trades that their workers conduct. The worker told you on skype that this was an "on the side" deal. I am editing the current sythe rule to make this more clear since it is somewhat open-ended right now but this is how we have always enforced it
