Investing $5k+ into a botfarm - Need suggestions

You're going to lose so much money trying to bot rs3. Its not even worth to bot rs3.

 

Honestly completely not true.

Most people are just hating on rs3. I myself make more per hour than osrs in rs3 and its easy to sell the gold. It does require more requirements but when you reach it you actually make more money ($ value not gp) per hour than you would via a osrs account.

 

I've played RS3 till Comp and half of trim. You won't make any more than 14m/hr unless you've got some godlike script. Which is the equivalent of nerfed zulrah.

I've botted almost every single method and theres no way in hell you beat osrs in terms of money making.

 

The risk:investment is just better when botting osrs in my opinion. also the gold on osrs is alot more expensive.

 

I think rs3 is a lot more demanding, ur probably need an end of the line type of build to sustain 15 bot clients+ might as well just max it out

 

This is the main problem. Low end methods profitability could be same dollar wise, but running a big farm on rs3 would be fucking expensive due to VPS costs.

 

I don't think any vps will run 15 RS3 bot clients lol

 

It would be pretty dumb thing if you would buy a high end computer just for running 15 rs3 bots. Most likely you never earn back your investment.
VPS/Dedicated servers are the way to got, you are not necessarily need to run all of your bots on one server...

 

i dunno bro, I was reading the reqs and it doesn't talk much about a gpu and if u do find 1 u will be well equipped for a near 600-1000$. remembering rs3 needs a very good gpu especially for multiple bot clients. These kind of servers are meant for bitcoin mining etc so I mean if u could figure out a way to deal w that u could recoupe some losses. But your basic 30$ VPN is coming with a xeon and 700 gt series gpu isn't gonna do much. You can build end of the line pc for about 3 grand I figure (Running 1080 SLI). My emphasis being on the gpu because honestly, how far will someone getting botting at min settings on RS3?

No I feel you I ran Autosoulwars and AutoSorc for a week straight back on my VPS back then.

Unfortunate that this guy got banned before I could provide any input. The best value processors you can possibly buy are the amd 1700x series of processors that were recently on sale for only $269 which you can run about 30 clients on. I also have a dual xeon 2620 e5 build that can run about 70 clients at a time, but isn't as much value as the 1700x.
