Requesting a Pardon 4 YEAR old ban

Hello, i tried to request an pardon last year, but since i didint mention i ban evaded a few times during these years, i got 6 months waiting time untill next request. so here i am
my username : Fredric
attempting to rat another user.
the story is that, i bought an rat called jrat from a site, and i wanted to try it out, and since i only had sythe users on my skype i just took some random guy, and he didint fell for it and reported me,
it was a fail attempt and i just wanted to try it out, and i took wrong guy and i feel so bad about that. luckily he didint fall for it so nothing really happend more than i got banned for attempting to do so.
and i take 110% blame of that, it was my own fault, my stupidity. i can admit i was only 14, now im turning 19, so i've grown up and matured alot,
aswell ive ban evaded a few times during these years since i wanted to get in contact with people to do trades but couldnt without an account, and i take full blame of this.
i really respect your decision, but i really hope i can get back into this forum again after spending 4 years without it. i even got some big trader(s) that can vouch for me that ive changed as person and done big trades with me.
i really hope you take my apology into consider, and sorry for my half broken english, its not my native language!

A few times doesn't really come up to par with the amount you've actually pardoned.
Give me some good reasons why I shouldn't deny your pardon right now, you clearly don't care, you put 0 effort into it after I've found 10+ ban evaders.

Also, explain this: jacqstrap attempted scam (??)
