can some one get arrested for rwt ?

i was just wondering if someone does rwt and say in public/youtube/facebook that he actually made lots of money from rwt in runescape , can he get legally arrested/sued/jailed for this ? or he just gets banned from runescape and that's it ? i red that runescape gp/accounts are property of jagex ... idk

 

I mean you could get sued for it but the chance of Jagex sueing you is very very small. Unless you are like the owner of Bogla you are pretty much safe from getting sued.

It is against Jagex's ToS and is an infringement to the game. But unless you are as big as Bogla you shouldnt worry.

I didnt say he is safe...
I said that he is NOT safe because he is that big. It is because of his size. If you are a small sized gold seller you got nothing to worry about.

most ull get is banned unless ur stupid as bricks n rwt to an employee, then u mite face a harmless civil suit. impossible to get arrested for rwt unless your ddosing to make the gp and some how get it all proven to take you there.
