I'm a Scammer

I worked for TreeGP LLC as Treegpemile. Recently the owner Jacob Lloyd made me a business offer to manage the site for him in exchange for 30% of all profits, he only required a $4000 deposit from me since I would be handling the money in G2A. He claimed that he no longer wanted to run the website due to personal real life issues. I felt uncomfortable doing this at first but I've known Jacob 8+ years and worked for him so I figured it would be okay. Also to better reassure me, Jacob typed out a legal contract and had it signed and notarized as well. However once I deposited the money into his account, he called me laughing and admitting to stealing the $4000 from me, and then he immediately accused me of stealing gold and fired me from TreeGp.

Below are messages between me and Jacob on facebook also pictures of the legal documents for the contract as well as receipts showing the money was deposited into his account.

Emile has been my friend for 8+ years. He's the only worker i hired that i didn't know personally in real life.

He has been with me since the beginning of TreeGP.

There is going to be a lot of miscellaneous/old information because this was a pretty big problem i had to deal with/handle perfectly to reduce my loses.

Around 8 months ago Emile and another co-worker for around 1 month both shared an RS3 account, back then i didn't really audit the site as much as i should have because i had a lot of trust in both my workers, but ultimately there was RS3 missing multiple days in a row, both parties swore it wasn't them and then i ended up assuming it was human error, even though it was multiple times, and just started auditing the site far more vigorously to make sure there was no theft occurring. (few bill rs3 was missing from this)

There has also been a handful of times i noticed emiles numbers for the day off a very small amount 5-10 mil, but it was always an *accident*

Emile has a full time job outside of TreeGP, around 2.5-3 months ago he got promoted and his schedule changed. With this change he wasn't able to work at TreeGP practically ever, a handful in the last 2-3 months. With this being said, he had messaged me multiple times asking me if i was going to fire him, and i said no because he told me his schedule would get changed in the future, but he still had a fear i was going to let him go.

Around 1 month ago, another one of my workers noticed people were coming to the livechat to pick up orders from past days, that were still marked pending. After further evaluation with the developer, he (dev) told me it was a worker scamming me, but i didnt want to believe it. Dev added changes to site to monitor specifically everything that was happening on back end of site.

After the dev was monitoring IP's and accounts editing the sales, it was clear it was emile doing it. I still didn't want to believe it. I thought there was a security flaw in the system allowing someone to access his account or something. I told emile that night that i added $100 in paid anti-vpn de-masking services to monitor every IP that came to treegp, and as soon as i told him that the scammer never came again, after successfully stealing a LOT of gold.

At this moment i went back and started reading past chats, and noticed emile was coming into chats anytime someone was selling gold for paypal, even when my other worker said we were full, he would pop in and say "hey! i can take your gold!" After reading through these i noticed there was like 1.3b 07 that had been purchased by his paypal, all that was never told to, to me, all that was used/sold by him and literally purchased only to chargeback and get away with a massive scam-quit.

This is when i new i was fucked because he has been stealing for over 1 year, and is now going to chargeback at least 1k from paypal orders made by his paypal.

At this moment most people would have called him out and banned him from the site and everything else, but not me Emile you little fucking snake, im smarter than you will ever be.

After a few weeks of talking with emile i was able to get him to send me 4k via bank xfer, and as soon as i got it all i called him out on everything, recorded the conversation, and have audio of him admitting to scamming me, but begging for his money back because "just because i scammed you doesnt mean you should scam me "

TLDR: Worker scammed me for god knows how much and is charging back a fuck ton of paypal orders, i didnt have a security deposit but managed to get him to send me 4k to cover all loses past/loses future as a result of him

I'm the developer of TreeGP's site. I can confirm that Emile stole a lot of money (likely thousands) from TreeGP, and now even more with charging back on customers. TreeGP came to me asking if there was a flaw with the website, so I added tracking code as I suspected an employee of being responsible and we caught Emile red handed a few weeks ago, but left it for a while so TreeGP could recoup his losses.

This guy's an idiot, a scammer, and owes myself, for my wasted time dealing with his dumb ass, and TreeGP for the chargebacks and theft of orders. TreeGP only took what he needed to cover his losses and to refund chargeback victims (since Emile paid some people on his behalf and we knew he'd charge them back).

If any staff have any questions feel free to PM me. Everything TreeGP posted above is accurate, though.

 

He created the contract with that in mind. The issue is I never scammed him and he is fabricating lies in order to try and steal the $4000. In a hypothetical situation in which someone did scam him (no one has) he would lose in court because the contract would've been after the fact.

This was a serious mistake on my part and was a reaction due to the owner of Treegp stealing the $4000 from me.

I have to apologize to those involved, however I understand you do not want to hear that from me.

However the situation is not over and everyone should wait for the mods or administration before conducting any trades with Persons who hold the do not trade mark.

In the state of Washington, where you reside, it is a felony to record a conversation without both parties consent.

 

Federal law permits recording telephone calls with the consent of at least one party. See 18 U.S.C. 2511 (2)(d). This is called a "one-party consent" law. You can record a phone call or converdation so long as you are a party to the conversation.

@LuigiSauce You tried to finesse Jake and you got caught lackin. Consider it a life lesson. Although I know Sythe jurisdiction won't let Treegp keep the $4,000 he will deduct all the scammed money from your buyin.

With that being said, you were threatening me saying you would makee it so i couldn't advertise on any forums unless i paid you the 4k you gave me based off the contract we wrote that states it is voided if fraud/theft occurs. (that's blackmail btw, an actual felony)

You seem to just ignore the fact you STOLE from me for over a year, and now you're completely denying it to every mod you speak with. You are full of lies, and you are guilty for blackmail, slander/libel, and internal theft from a registered business.


If i was a dick i'd call the job you have left irl and show them the voice recording of you begging me for your money back because "even though i stole from you, it's not fair you steal from me when thats all the money i have left."
